Example: Semi - Annual Plan $2,200.00 first visit + $795.00 second visit =
$2,995.00 Includes labor and the parts listed for each visit. Travel
additional.
Example: Full Service Plan $2,200.00 first visit + $795.00 second visit +
$795.00 Third visit = $3,790.00 Includes labor and the parts listed for each
visit. Travel additional.
Travel is a Flat Rate $250.00 per visit

Note:
Parts and Labor are included in the pricing plans. There is an additional
charge for travel per visit of $250.00. All repairs will be performed during
regularly scheduled visits. Any additional repairs requested by the arena
will be billed separately as additional work. All additional parts will be
purchased and installed thru LSK certified technicians only. Parts that are
NOT PROVIDED in this program will be billed separately and due upon receipt
of the invoice. These preventive maintenance programs DO NOT include parts
or labor that are not specifically listed within the particular plan.
