Preventative Maintenance Plans
As the Official Dealer for Resurfice Corporation, manufacturers of the Olympia® Ice Resurfacer product line. Our Service Department has the only Factory Trained and Certified Ice Resurfacer Technicians in our territory. Our technicians provide all warranty work within this territory. As the dealer we also provide Preventive Maintenance Programs which are listed below:
Basic Service Plan
The Basic Service Plan was designed with the new customer in mind. We start by sending a factory certified technician to your facility with a fixed pricing plan in place. The technician will first perform a basic tune-up and emissions test. An emissions printed record will be provided to you, the customer. At the completion of this work our technician will inspect your ice resurfacer and provide you with a comprehensive list of needed repairs. The intent of this program is to develop a relationship between our two companies based on known values being provided by each company. Annual Service Plan
The Annual Service Plan was designed as a major service, inspection and repair for the start of a new season. This program starts with us sending a factory trained and certified technician to your facility. The technician will perform many services to include a major tune-up, emissions test, transmission service, oil and filter changes, hydraulic system testing and conditioner adjustments, etc. We suggest this program for arenas with no current preventive maintenance plan, this is a great place to start. Semi-Annual Service Plan
The Semi-Annual Service Plan includes the Annual Service Plan and a Basic Service Plan. The way the Semi-Annual Service Plan works is we start your season with the Annual Service Plan. Roughly half way through your season our technicians come back to your facility and provide the same services included in our Basic Service Plan. We suggest this program for seasonal arenas. Full Service Plan
The Full Service Plan includes the Annual Service Plan and Two Basic Service Plans. The way the Full Service Plan works is we start your season with the Annual Service Plan. At the end of every four months our technicians come back to your facility and provide the same services included in our Basic Service Plan. We suggest this program for year-round arenas.
